Two homeless people sleep with their collected cardboard under the roofs at the harbour front. It is early morning and the first commuters have not arrived yet and the place is quiete. It is winter time and the nights are cool but dry. 7 million people live on 1,104km square, making it Hong Kong the most vertical city in the world.
