Denmark - Copenhagen - COP15

COP15, the fifteenth Conference of the Parties, was held in Copenhagen in 2009. The United Nations Climate Change Conference was held at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, between 7 and 18 December. The Copenhagen summit was attended by three thousand delegates including state leaders as well as a further ten thousand climate activists from all over the world. Greenpeace was one of many attending groups from civil society who was there to put pressure on decision makers to save the planet from future climate change disaster.
