UK - London - Notting Hill carnival
Portobello Road is rammed with party-goers and spectators. The Notting Hill Carnival has been running since 1966 and is every year attended by up to a million people. The carnival is a mix of amazing dance parades and street parties with a distinct Caribbean feel.
