The UK Government introduced a 4 week lockdown from November 5th - December 2nd to combat the corona virus outbreak. It is the second national lockdown in the UK. It is the third day of the national lockdown and the lockdown restrictions mean that social restrictions are in place including social distance, people are only allowed to meet outside, in pairs and only if keeping social distance. Only if they already live together or have formed a social bubble can they interact freely.
