Sophia Lysaczenko stops the traffic near Heathrow
The first activist to face off the traffic on a small road to the M4, next to Heathrow.
November 19 was billed as a day of action by the protest group RisingUp! with activists pledging to arrestable peaceful protetests against the third runway. On the same day residenst around Heathrow gathered to protetst against the airport expansion at a political rally in London.
15 were arrested on the day, 9 on the slip road to the M4 and charged with 'willfully obstructing the highway'.
