A worker at Jesus Fire Crackers is assembling fire works called The Whistler. He does not use any protection and his hands are covered with gun powder. The highly explosive powder consists of Potassium, white aluminium and black sulfur. The fire works factory is hidden away in the woods near Hinigaran. Fire work is used a lot in the Philippines for celebrations and the festive season in Nov- Dec is a busy time for the fire works industry.
