March 26 London
March 26 was the day of the March for the Alternative, an anti-cut,anti-government demonstration organised by the TUC, which drew 3-500.000 people from all over Britain. The march began at Vctoia Embankment and went to Hyde Pak and took well over 4 hours because of the unexpected high turn-out.
