Notting Hill Carnival - the final rays
Notting Hill Carnival has been going since the mid sixties. Great costumes, dancers and sound systems on slow moving floats, whining and freaky dance is an integral part of the parade which moves slowly around Notting Hill over two days every year in August. Up to a million people come out watch the parade and to party and these pictures are from the last 3 hours of the Notting Hill Carnival 2013.
