Winners of the Stars Impact Awards 2009
This set of images are from Ghana,Kenya and Ethiopia, taken when the Stars Foundation visited the three award
winning organisations in June 2009.
The three organisations work in different fields and different countries but they all work to help vulneable children
and give them a better future.
Afrikids in Ghana are based in the North, in Bolgatanga.
They cover a huge area and and reach thousands of children making sure they get the opportunity to go to school.
This often means that Afrikids have to provide transport and financial support to the children's families to ensure
the children do not end up back at work. To see more:www.afrikids.org
