DESCRIPTION: Rashad Siblini. Rashad is working for the Danish NGO Danish Church Aid (DCA) searching for and destroying cluster bombs. He used to work as a painter and decorator, but with no work around, he desided to join DCA. To most cluster bomb searchers the motive for doing the work is a mixture of wanting to clear the land of dangerous cluster bombs, to help their community and as a means to earn some good money. There is very little work around in South Lebanon after the war so getting a job searching for cluster bombs is very attractive, even though it is also very dangerous. Photographed on the beach in Tyre, during a break in a training session. Rashad is wearing his protective vest and carrying his protective visor.
